Registration
All teams will be registered and rosters submitted prior to the first game of the tournament. Headquarters will be at Wheeling Park High School, located at 1976 Park View Road; Wheeling, WV 26003.
Any team not fully registered (payment and roster) before the start of the first game will result in forfeiture of the first game.
